God rested on the seventh day, and built in rhythms of rest and work into His creation. He commanded the people of Israel to honor the Sabbath by resting and refreshing their souls with devotion to God. Today we often struggle with finding those rhythms of rest in our busy lives, but God has a greater rest we can find in Christ.
