OSL Summer Camp Enrolling Now
Panther Camp, Our Savior Lutheran School’s summer day camp program, is still enrolling campers for the 2024 season! Panther Camp is open to all children aged 3-12 years, offering fun activities, plenty of outdoor play, faith, special events, and even a few field trips for school-aged campers. Panther Camp 2024 runs June 10th through August 9th (closed the week of July 1-5), and is open daily from 7:30am – 5:30pm. VBS: SCUBA Diving into Friendship with God
Please join us for VBS 2024 on June 17-20 from 6-8pm. Take kids deep into an amazing undersea adventure where they’ll experience the ever-flowing, never-ending love of God. At Scuba VBS, kids will be immersed in the Word and discover what living water is really all about! We are looking for many volunteers to help us have a wonderful week. Each night we will have Family Dinners at 5:15 and a free will donation will be taken. Kristi Sohn Retirement Luncheon
Mark your calendar for Sunday, June 2, when a retirement luncheon will be held after late service at noon celebrating the ministry of our third grade teacher, Kristi Sohn. Tickets for the luncheon will be available for purchase in the church lobby on Sundays and from the church receptionist during the week starting April 14. $5 a person or $20 a family, ages 5 and under are free.
OSL Sightseers tour: Charleston, SC & Myrtle Beach – Sign up today!
Join us for this fantastic 9-day charter bus trip as we tour Charleston, known as the Holy City and Myrtle Beach, September 23rd – October 1st. We will also be visiting numerous historical sights, enjoying some low-country cuisine, evening shows, museums, and more! CityServe: Saturday, May 18th
CityServe this year will be Saturday May 18th. We are excited about the opportunity to help those in our community that may not have the ability to do certain projects at their homes. If you would like to volunteer, please help but are not able to for any reason, but would like to help with a monetary donation, you can submit that to the church office and designate it for Lansing CityServe. Parents of 8th Graders and High School Seniors
We invite you to the Blessing Letter Milestone class on Sunday, April 21, from 9:30am-10:15am, in the 8th grade classroom (room 132). The Blessing Letter Milestone class is intended to help parents write a meaningful and inspirational letter to their soon to be graduated 8th grader or high school senior. In addition to receiving the necessary outline and tools for this letter, families will receive a special Blessing Box for this letter as well as other meaningful items from your child’s faith development.

Tuesday, April 23rd, at 4 p.m. is the Vicar Placement Service at Concordia Seminary, St. Louis. You are invited to watch the service on the screens at OSL with leaders and staff or you can watch the service online at https://www.csl.edu/live/.
Lutheran Adult Gathering 2024
You are invited to the Lutheran Adult Gathering at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, October 11-13, with the theme “In His Presence: New Beginnings.” It is an incredible weekend of faith and fellowship with Lutheran adults in the unique and unforgettable setting of the Grand Hotel. Spring Faith & Fellowship Nights
Join us for spring Faith and Fellowship nights on Wednesdays, 6:15-7:30pm beginning April 10 through May 15th. There are two bible studies to choose from:
– Worship: It’s 24:7 – Led by John Horak in the Music Room
It’s more than Sunday morning or Wednesday nights. Join us we hear what God’s Word says about why and how we should worship our God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength (let’s add voice as well). We will also be looking at the ways we worship here at OSL as well as the planning process from start to worship. Bring your questions and experiences to share with the class.
– Holy Conversations: Marriage Enrichment – Led by Pastor Chris Deneen in the Bickel Fellowship Room
A Christian marriage doesn’t flourish on accident. There are many ways to strengthen and enrich a marriage that is already flourishing. Surprisingly, many of those ways are simple. Let’s dive in! Based on creating a culture of forgiveness, steeped in the love of Christ, let’s take a step to strengthen and enrich Christian marriages.
